What kinds of problems do you take on?
Anything where the bottleneck is repetitive work, slow answers, or being invisible online. The usual ones are automating admin and reporting, building internal tools and dashboards, WhatsApp and website assistants, getting named by AI search engines, and generating media. If it can be built or automated, it is in reach. The quickest way to know is to send us the problem and we will tell you straight whether AI is the right fix.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Everything we build is yours, the code and the accounts it runs on, with no lock-in to us. You can run it yourself, hand it to your own team, or move it elsewhere whenever you like. We do not hold your business hostage to keep you paying.
How does pricing work?
Like an agency, not a price list. We have a quick consult, scope the work, then send one clear quote in ZAR for free. You get a single invoice for the build, with no published packages, no surprise retainers, and no guesswork about what you are paying for.
Am I locked into a retainer?
No. Each build is quoted on its own after we scope it, and you pay for that build. There is no monthly retainer unless you specifically want us on hand for ongoing changes, and even then it is a choice you make, not a default.
What if it does not work?
If the fix does not do what we agreed, we rebuild it until it does. You only pay once it does the job, so the risk of trying us sits with us, not with you.
Is my data safe under POPIA?
Yes. We build POPIA-compliant by default, keep your credentials and API keys private, and never expose customer data publicly. As a South African studio we treat data protection as part of the build, not an afterthought you have to ask for.
How long does it take?
The 5-Day Proof is one working fix live in five days, so you see something real fast instead of waiting on a long project. Bigger builds are scoped and quoted free up front, with honest timelines, before any work starts.
Can you work with my existing website and tools?
Yes. We build around what you already use rather than forcing a rebuild. We connect to your current website, CRM, spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp, and only replace something when replacing it is genuinely the fix rather than extra work for its own sake.
Can you get AI assistants to recommend my business?
Yes, and it is one of our sharpest areas. Buyers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI who is best instead of scrolling search results. We check whether those engines name you today, then engineer your site and content so you become the answer they read back, not a link they skip.
You are only two people. Can you handle it?
That is the point. Two engineers pointing the sharpest AI at the problem out-build a whole agency, faster and cheaper, with nobody between you and the work. No account managers, no handovers, no overhead you end up paying for.
Which AI do you use?
Whichever is sharpest for the job. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and local models each win at different tasks, so we pick per task rather than betting everything on one. You get the best tool for your problem, and it changes as the models do.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
We are a South African studio and build POPIA-compliant by default. We work with businesses across South Africa and remotely, so where you are is not a constraint on working together.
